I am Antonis Raptis, and cooking runs in my blood. I come from a family of chefs. During my childhood, my parents owned one of the most well-known restaurants on the west coast of Greece, and for as long as I can remember, I was surrounded by the energy of a lively kitchen—immersed in aromas, flavors, and fresh ingredients.

Over the years, cooking became much more than a skill. It became my way of connecting with people, building bridges across cultures, and celebrating the simple joy of living through food.
